Remark: (It has two modes :
1.when the frequency is 4hour or under,after you set everything and it will work after a cycle frequancy no matter what the start time is.
for example , you can set the current time :12:00 start time: 12:02 , how often: 1H, how long: 10s ， it will work 10s immediatelly then work 10s after 1H
2 when the frequency is above 4 hour, it will work according to the start time , please understand it
for example , you can set the current time :12:00 start time: 12:02 , how often: 12H, how long: 30M ， it will begin working 30M on 12:02
