Remark: (It has two modes :
1.when the frequency is less than 1hour , after you set everything and it will work after a cycle frequancy no matter what the start time is.
for example , you can set the current time :12:00 start time: 12:02 , how often: 1min, how long: 10s ， it will work 10s after 1 minute
2 when the frequency is 1hour or above, it will work according to the start time , please understand it
for example , you can set the current time :12:00 start time: 12:02 , how often: 1h, how long: 10s ， it will begin working 10s on 12:02
